‘Zip-a-dee-doo-dah Zip-a-dee-day my oh my what a wonderful day’! How do you make it a better day?! This is a hit song from Disney’s 1946 film, ‘Sound of the South’. Who would want to be around someone who was singing and dancing a ‘zip-a-dee-doo-dah all the time? The squirrel that plays away the time in the fall, has little for the long winter. Individually and collectively this is the case in this sleeping paradigm shift of how we do things due to speeding technological developments far out pacing people’s ability to become informed and compatible.

The gap between primitive mind and the invention of the wheel was likely not an understanding gap, but one that was easy to adapt to. Today, unlike thousands of years ago, the world is flooded with ‘how to’ information, in addition to tens of millions involved in higher education. People now walk around worshipping money, what it can buy, and how to  waste precious life-evolving time amusing themselves thinking (at best) that the inner awakening is not a factor of any concern. 99% of human life on earth not only lived without toilet paper but every technological thing here now! Are we dumber by thinking because of all the technological toys we are smarter?

When you can’t beg borrow or steal the joy of being positive – that’s when the real learning can happen. Who learns without resistance or challenge without meeting them head on without seeking and employing the best available way to make a negative situation into the most positive you can? Life hurts sometimes, but that’s the price everyone pays to live with the choice of learning to do nothing positive about it or converting it into a solution that soon makes things better, at least under the circumstances.

Always making a good portion of all life a joy to be exited about is entirely possible. I live most of my days excited about ‘just life’.  This is going to be the best day of my life, no matter the circumstances that it is under. Make the worst circumstances the best that is possible.  Celebrate all the gifts and blessings of life among the thorns. Be serious what and when it calls for it while being thankful for the good times. Stay in awareness all the time, be excited most of the time and always look for and use the methods to be tuned into the best you. Make ‘love and freedom’ the reason for
Zip-a-dee-doo-dah Zip-a-dee-day my oh my what a wonderful day and life! Accept life as it comes and look for the blessings within.
