Close your eyes and make a wish! It’s fun to live in fantasy until, and assuming you ‘wake up’. Truth is far more interesting and gratifying than ‘fantasy’. Correct breathing is a key to reaching the real inner ‘you consciousness’. A life of shallow breathing all but guarantees that the ‘inner you’, hidden in plain access, will stay ‘like a virgin’, be unused. What does that mean? It means the vast majority of your life, thinking and love’s qualities will not reach the potential depth, and it’s actions of feeling and compassion, in addition to all the elements available from a ‘full heart’.

Life will always have it’s dramas, from minor things like a light burning out without any replacements in the house to infinite unexpectations, sometimes at the worst possible moment, and with your inability to do anything about them.  Being with heart filled energy will automatically go into the mind to ‘soften’ and make more clear whatever one feels in a more positive way. A strong heart of love is made, if not nurtured enough in childhood, to be a safety quality, or a reasoning helper for the mind. The mind that works with little heart, misses the light that shines from the depths of the heart. 
 
The human is the only known living organism that can alter and improve it’s journey through out life by automatically, or by choice of the decision to do so. Doesn’t matter what came before, no matter how tragic or mind conditioning. The decision is always available. Paying attention to the breath is not just called the ‘breath of life’, but the quality of that breath. Be aware when awake, whatever your situation is, to take deep slow breaths periodically. To enhance the quality of ‘breath’ spend time several times per week in a quiet space where you can use a variety of breathing techniques to still the mind. Ten minutes is fine, but spend half to an hour going deep, just watching the breath, and whatever thoughts come up. (for music guiding tracks, google – ‘Osho breathing meditations). 

There are many breathing exercises with all being a doorway to a new dimension and awakening of the pure heart and clearing of the mind. Few make use of a pathway to deep love in coupling. Whether coupling in the future or not, life will begin to shine as never before. Breath and life are synonymous for the wellness of the body, mind integrating into a oneness of being. Make life an art form with breathing as its teacher. The art of breathing opens consciousness. In another language, it’s time to revamp the mind’s bureaucracy by letting go of all the accumulated riffraff!
