Some people seem, at times, to have a ‘wrecking ball inside their brain! Some of the best people I’ve ever met drink too much, becoming some of the worst people I’ve ever met. Actually, all kinds of people with addictions or not, lose what is best about themselves in a myriad of ways. Usually, there is a little compartment in their mind that refuses to be fixed from prior emotional, mental shrapnel that created some type of trauma that rears its ugly head at different frequency’s depending how each one chooses (and they do!) to push that ‘inner compartment’ button that shoots out some dissonant energy that rears it’s head in less than friendly ways.
Male or female, drinking alcohol is somewhere between heaven and hell. Even if you’re in ‘purgatory’ between heaven and hell, heaven is put on hold if you can’t get high on the bliss within. There is a reason for everything. We are all here with the opportunity to seek the truth wherever there is a question, or should be one. You are here for yourself, but also for the compassion and sensitivity for everyone else. Always be asking how you are treating yourself compared to the best you deserve. Then be aware of  being in harmony with all.
Legally, in all states you should not be operating a motor vehicle with a .08 percent blood alcohol concentration (BAC). In other words, whether or not you consider yourself “drunk,” the law considers you to be an offender if your BAC is above .08%. Few seem to realize, that this same  ‘concentration’, which may be what someone is unaware with when around people, needs an inner awareness that you may well have a subtle or more negative effect on others that can result in ‘clashes’ not unlike ‘car crashes’.
A sign of positive human compassion and responsibility is to ‘always’ acknowledge to yourself and anyone involved with you that you take responsibility for behaviors that perhaps you can’t even see which might be less than harmonious. As with being over an alcohol limit legally, you should not be driving for your and others safety, the same applies when not ‘driving’. Why be a danger or ‘negative’ at anytime? People are NOT the same balanced person driving a car, even though the ‘ego’ thinks differently, when ever consumption of any ‘mind altering substance’ is present.
Mind altering, creating negative expressions, doesn’t just come from ‘substance’s used in quantities adversely affecting abilities. To be the most positive you can be, let go of the ‘wrecking ball in the brain’ that hasn’t detached from prior issues which are the shadows of inner negativity. All people are more perfect than they show up as, but that ‘perfection’ needs to be unleashed by practicing awareness and discernment with an open heart, and love that comes with the afore mentioned! Life wherever is a journey that needs your ‘safe journeying’ at all times. Get high by making the best of choices available!
