‘’Love is sorta like a fairy tale. Some people find their happy ending in the first person they meet. Others have to fight a dragon before they do. And some have to kiss lots of frogs.’’ In any case, looking at almost everyone closely, it’s obvious that love is like the water shortage in the summer, where to keep the lawn green you have got to sneak water to it at night.  However with love there are no fines by the powers that be if there is a ‘love shortage’ – just you cutting down the ‘fine’ love that brings consistent joy apart from whatever goes on in your life.
Love is either an imagination or a sporadic presence that comes and goes without leaving much of a trail behind. Love to grow needs a full time gardener with no limitations. Once deeply cultivated, it becomes part of you, always leaving you with a full heart. Why not be able to say, ‘my heart is full and my door is always open’. Time to let go of that broken smile.
To many, with a no or limited ‘mind-heart connection’, love becomes a fantasy-fairytale replaced by what’s outer, and serves the desires of lust, greed, and material needs. The human that’s a workaholic, and/or is as accumulator of outer desires, settles for the minds serial dissatisfactions of never accumulating enough. The mind can either make  the decision to help open the heart, or ignore the heart, but for the superficial moments of energy spikes.
The mind acting alone, lives in fear be it anger, depression, frustrations, self unworthiness, hatred, jealousies, etc., and is always comparing with what it doesn’t feel it has. The mind alone, and disconnected from the heart can be an impressive tool for outer achievements. The broken mind intermittently, from unfixed traumas, chokes off feelings of closeness, instead that it must control, or else run with the wind to avoid what the mind standing alone is not prepared to handle.
Nature’s biological urges poke the heart, but often it is the controlled heart by the fearful mind no matter its professed intents. The mind of love is like a butterfly moving from what becomes one fairytale to the next, or settles into a disgruntled, controlled existence with sparse empathy and compassion for himself as well as another. Freedom with responsibility opens the mind and heart that need each other like a bird flying free needs both wings.
Love is a fairytale without the heart harmoniously feeding the mind with no limits. A total surrender! What you internally give and receive is a reflection of your love power. Both are the wings needed to fly to the ultimate heights.
