Take all potential of suffering away, and there is no limit to how we can abuse ourselves and others! Suffering in the mind and heart may be an unwanted teacher of sorts, but best seen as an opportunity to seek the highest ways of dealing with it while being sensitive to what creates your aching heart. Sometimes that mental or emotional suffering which consumes all or much of you every living moment is being a natural sensitivity to phenomenon occurring in your or anyone’s life.
The death of a loved one, or what appears to be a final separation from one you ‘love with’ seems to be two of the major heart hurts and memory sufferings. You always owe it to the life you were blessed to have here at this time, and to those who know you, from casual friends to loved ones, to show the most encouraging, and best way of moving forth with the strength of positivity you wish for those that you have felt deeply for.
Life is going to shovel dirt on you, all kinds of dirt. The trick to getting out of the dark spaces, is being compassionate as well as optimistic, and taking a step up. Each of our troubles is a steppingstone. We can get out of the deepest hurts and sufferings just by not stopping, never giving up!
Remember these six simple rules to be happy:
1. Free your heart from hatred – Forgive.
2. Free your mind from worries – Most never happens.
Live simply and appreciate what you have.
Expect less from people but more from the Divine Godliness that surrounds you.
Life is best dealt with by finding ways to love yourself. That reduces suffering, and adds a protective elixir when times bring reasons to feel the pain of hurt. Without every possible emotion, plus or minus, there would be no life, and its opportunities to find places to grow within to become a more human caring being.
Whatever your past, step up and beyond all negatives, while embracing the blessing that all of us have, including life, and the ability for each of us to love and find more love. Any action is often better than no action, especially if you find yourself commiseration over a happening for a long time. Don’t remain stuck. Every situation offers something you can learn from. Remaining stuck or self medicating (which is to remain stuck), you learn nothing, and sufferings leave you in a darker space. Loving yourself, and to another or others opens the heart for the rays of godliness to send you healing energies! Don’t forget to smile within and to others as a ‘love hug’, and be open to real embracing hugs for they are healing!
