Many of us laughed over TV ads offering a cure for ‘Restless Leg Syndrome’ which may exist, but a ‘pill to cure it’? With all the infinite options for the 21st century mind to absorb, the mind is very busy looking for ways to avoid fears and find ways to happy pleasures rather than have to ‘look too deeply into oneself’!

Symptoms:
The urge to think
Burning sensation in the brain
Tingling brain
Random thoughts
Aching mind
Cramping in the brain
Painful thinking
Too much blabbing and talking over others
Confusion
Blaming others for your problems
Defending ‘words from Holy Books’
Pleasurable fantasies

Important Safety Information:

Medication may cause you to fall asleep or feel very sleepy during normal activities such as driving or having sex; or to feel dizzy nauseated, or sweaty when you stand up. Tell your doctor if you experience these problems or if you drink alcohol or are taking other medications that make you drowsy. Also, tell your practitioner doctor if you experience an erection lasting beyond 4 hours, increased gambling or other intense urges while taking medication. Or, Just Stop!

Meditation instead of medication?? What? It’s free? Is your mind too restless for meditation, or is meditation for the ‘restless mind syndromes’? Truth be known, there are many, many meditations available tailored for restless minds. Finding a ‘meditation doctor’ helps in applying the techniques to eradicate and let go of being so close together to spurious ricocheting thoughts that never allow the emptiness of the mind and the bliss that follows! Wouldn’t it be nice to be together with yourself, turning worries and restless unnecessary thoughts into joy, peace, and bliss (and, god forbid, love of self)?
